"Selting" LLC laboratory was established in 2013 and operates in accordance with a unified state policy in the field of ensuring the quality and safety of grain and its processed products.
The main activity of the laboratory is the comprehensive control of all technological processes of production, starting with the receipt of raw materials and ending with the release of finished products
Laboratory responsibilities include:
- monitoring the quality and safety of raw materials and supporting materials entering the enterprise (incoming control);
- conducting analysis of the finished products to verify compliance with technological parameters of production and excluding the possibility of defective finished products;
- quality control of finished products and establishing compliance with indicators, standardized;
- monitoring the quality and safety of raw materials and finished products during storage
Laboratory Tasks:
- conducting experimental work aimed at improving product quality and improving control methods;
- finding ways to reduce the amount of waste and their rational use, participation in the implementation of low-waste and non-waste technological schemes;
- identification of the causes of the defective finished products and the implementation of measures to reduce it;
